Daft Punk was a French electronic music duo formed in Paris in 1993 by Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. They revolutionized electronic music with albums like 'Homework' (1997), 'Discovery' (2001) and 'Random Access Memories' (2013). Hits like 'Around the World', 'One More Time', 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' and 'Get Lucky' (with Pharrell Williams) are universal classics. Their iconic robot-helmet image influenced an entire generation of producers. They split in 2021 after 28 years of career.
