Djo is the musical project of American actor-musician Joe Keery, born in Newburyport, Massachusetts in 1992, known for his role as Steve Harrington in 'Stranger Things'. He released his debut album 'Twenty Twenty' in 2019, exploring a sound of psychedelic indie pop and retro synth-pop. His second album 'Decide' (2022) received critical praise, and the single 'End of Beginning' went viral in 2024 hitting global charts. He has built a musical identity independent of his acting career.
