Linkin Park is an American band formed in Agoura Hills, California in 1996, known for fusing alternative rock, nu metal and electronic. Their debut album 'Hybrid Theory' (2000) sold over 30 million copies and is one of the most successful debuts in rock history. Hits like 'In the End', 'Numb' and 'Crawling' defined the sound of a generation, and the band amassed two Grammys. After vocalist Chester Bennington's passing in 2017, the band resumed activities in 2024 with singer Emily Armstrong.
