Radiohead is a British band formed in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, in 1985 by Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Colin Greenwood, Ed O'Brien and Philip Selway. Their third album 'OK Computer' (1997) is considered one of the greatest records in rock history, redefining alternative rock with its exploration of technological alienation. With 'Kid A' (2000) they pivoted radically toward experimental electronic music, and with 'In Rainbows' (2007) they pioneered the 'pay what you want' release model. They've sold over 30 million records, won 3 Grammys, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019. Recognized as one of the most innovative and influential bands in modern rock.
