Dean Fullman, known professionally as Slimzee, is an English DJ, radio broadcaster, record producer and record label founder from Bow, London. He co-founded Rinse FM in 1994 and became known for pirate radio broadcasts that combined unreleased instrumentals, exclusive dubplates and live performances by MCs who became central to the development of grime.
