Au Pairs

Au Pairs es una banda británica de post-punk que se formó en Birmingham en 1978 y se mantuvo activa hasta 1983 en su primera etapa. Se reformó en 2025, pero con una formación donde Lesley Woods era la única integrante del grupo original. Precisamente ella ha encabezado siempre la banda; Woods en cierta ocasióin fue descrita como «una de las mujeres más llamativas del rock británico».Los Au Pairs publicaron dos álbumes de estudio y tres sencillos. Se decía que sus canciones expresaban «desprecio por los clichés de la política sexual contemporánea» y su música fue comparada con la de Gang of Four y Young Marble Giants.
