Butthole Surfers es una banda estadounidense de rock, formada por Gibby Haynes y Paul Leary en San Antonio, Texas en 1981. La banda ha tenido diversos integrantes a lo largo de su historia; sin embargo, la alineación principal de Haynes, Leary y del baterista King Coffey ha permanecido desde 1983. Teresa Taylor fue baterista secundaria entre 1983 - 1985, 1986 - 1989, y han empleado varios bajistas diferentes, notablemente Bill Jolly y Jeff Pinkus.
