Hole fue una banda estadounidense del Rock alternativo y del Grunge formada en Los Ángeles, California en 1989 por Courtney Love y Eric Erlandson. Hole ha tenido distintos bajistas y bateristas, siendo la más conocida la baterista Patty Schemel y las bajistas Melissa Auf der Maur y Kristen Pfaff.
