Nightwish

Nightwish es una banda de metal sinfónico procedente de Kitee, Finlandia, formada en 1996 por el compositor y teclista Tuomas Holopainen, el guitarrista Emppu Vuorinen y la cantante Tarja Turunen, todos ellos compañeros de instituto. La música de Nightwish se inspira intensamente en música de cine, la literatura, los sentimientos y el folclore nórdico. Además, Holopainen reveló que antes de formar la banda se inspiró en Stratovarius.
