Parliament es un grupo musical de funk estadounidense surgido a finales de la década de 1960 en Plainfield. Este grupo y su banda hermana Funkadelic contaban con muchos miembros, liderados por George Clinton. Parliament-Funkadelic salía de gira como una entidad única conocida por ese nombre o simplemente como P-Funk, el término que los englobaba y denominaba la producción musical y subgénero de funk propio del supergrupo, el "pure funk".
