Richard Pierce "Richie" Havens fue un cantante y guitarrista estadounidense de folk. Havens fue conocido por su intenso estilo rítmico de guitarra, por sus versiones de canciones pop y folk llenas de sentimiento, y por su actuación de apertura en el Festival de Woodstock de 1969, que le dio fama mundial. Un icono del Festival de Woodstock.
