The Boxer Rebellion es una banda indie internacional formada en Londres alrededor del 2001, compuesta por Nathan Nicholson, nativo de Tennessee, Andrew Smith y los ingleses Adam Harrison (bajo) y Piers Hewitt (batería). Cuentan con 6 álbumes de estudio, así como un álbum recopilatorio B-Sides & Rarities Collection, Vol. 1 & 2 (2012) y varios EP. El tercer álbum de estudio, The Cold Still (2011) fue producido y mezclado por Ethan Johns en los Real World Studios de Peter Gabriel.
