Tame Impala is the musical project of Australian multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker, born in Sydney in 1986. Although live shows feature a full band, Parker writes, records, produces and mixes all the music alone. His debut album 'Innerspeaker' (2010) revived psychedelic rock, while 'Currents' (2015) marked a transition to psychedelic synth-pop that influenced a whole generation. 'The Slow Rush' (2020) cemented his position as one of the biggest live acts in the world, headlining festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury and Lollapalooza. He has collaborated with Travis Scott, SZA, The Weeknd and Lady Gaga. Parker is also an in-demand producer, working with Mark Ronson and Kanye West.
